The virtual training, held on the third Tuesday of each month, is led by Broadvoice installation experts who cover the following topics: fundamentals of VoIP networking, the site survey process, the professional installation process, handset training, and an overview of Broadvoice products. Along with an industry certification, the Certified Installer Program provides qualified partners with access to a network of professional installers and technicians. They all provide support during the entire installation process.
