Broadvoice Q3 2024 SPIFFs run July 1 through Sept 30. To qualify, all sales must be signed by the customer, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before Sept 30, 2024. SPIFF promotions and payout are subject to change. SPIFFs will decrease if discounts are applied or if 24-month or shorter contracts are made. Canceled or disconnected orders during the life of the original term will result in a SPIFF chargeback. SPIFFs will be paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing. Please contact your Channel Manager with questions. Broadvoice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or end SPIFF promotions at any time. All deals must be approved by Broadvoice management.

10x SPIFF

10X CCaaS spiff is only for Partner’s first closed deal on Broadvoice CCaaS with no previous sale on Broadvoice CCaaS. Only Broadvoice Go Contact & bhive Contact Center Lite products are eligible for Spiff. Deal must be $1000 MRR or above. Services must be contracted for a 3-year term. Spiff is for list price and discounts will reduce spiff. Hardware, usage, toll-free packages, toll free numbers, DIDs, and third-party integrations, domestic minutes, Go.AI IVA and IVR, and professional services do not qualify for SPIFF. ​

Partners who have completed the 2024 CX Onboarding Program must be quoted by August 31, 2024, and sale must be customer signed, submitted, and recorded in the Broadvoice systems by December 31, 2024. ​

Partners who don’t complete the 2024 CX Onboarding Program will have to quote by August 31, 2024, and sale must be customer signed, submitted, and recorded in the Broadvoice systems by Oct 31, 2024. ​

The 10X spiff is not in conjunction with any other spiff or offer. Broadvoice reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or end this promotion at any time. Deals will be paid out on a first come, first closed basis until program budget has expired. All deals must be approved by Broadvoice Management. ​

6X SPIFF

6X SPIFF applies to deals above $1,000 MRR on Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts. 5X SPIFF applies to deals between $10–$999 on Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts. Discounts on a la carte features may impact the SPIFF amount. Services must be contracted for a minimum 3-year term. Valid for new customer orders or new location orders for existing customers. SPIFF applies to add orders within 30 calendar days of the initial billing of the new order or new location and will be paid at the SPIFF multiplier earned at the time of the original order. Under the call path pricing model, the ratio must be no more than 3 seats per 1 call path. Metered seats, hardware, usage, toll-free packages, toll-free numbers, and DIDs do not qualify for SPIFF.

A 1X Free Phone SPIFF is available upon request and must be approved by Broadvoice sales leadership. SPIFF includes one free phone rental per seat. Phone models are subject to change based on the inventory available and apply to all Pro and Standard seats. The free phone rental is for the duration of the customer relationship. Hardware is not available with virtual seats. Services must be contracted for a minimum 3-year term. Metered seats, hardware, usage, toll-free packages, toll-free numbers, and DIDs do not qualify for SPIFF.

SIP SPIFF

SIP SPIFF applies to SIP packages only (i.e., DIDs and Teams connector usage do not qualify). There is a 5-trunk minimum.

2X and 3X SPIFFs

2X SPIFF on Broadvoice CCaaS sold separately. 3X SPIFF on deals where CCaaS and CXHub are sold together. The 3X SPIFF is for the CCaaS portion only. CXHub can be sold separately and not in conjunction with Broadvoice CCaaS. SPIFF is on seat licenses only and excludes hardware, professional services, usage, toll-free packages, minute bundles, toll-free numbers, and DIDs. A minimum of 10 seats is required. CCaaS services must be contracted for a 3-year term. SPIFFs will decrease if discounts are applied or if 24-month or shorter contracts are made. Canceled or disconnected orders during the life of the original term will result in a SPIFF chargeback. SPIFFs will be paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing.
