Overview

Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (STACC) strives to share the riches of the Catholic faith by a vibrant sacramental life with a goal that all in their parish and university community will fulfill their call to know, love and serve the Lord.

The Challenge

Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (STACC) experienced a drop in contributions during the pandemic, making their communications providers too expensive. They needed a provider that would help them unify all their communications under one platform—all while helping them reduce costs.

The Solution

Prior to Broadvoice, STACC used multiple communications providers, including C Spire and Comcast, that didn’t talk to each other. Having multiple providers made it challenging to learn the different platforms and their unique features, which often led to issues.

The call parking feature has been especially beneficial for STACC and their small staff. It allows staff members to put a person on hold from one telephone and then continue that conversation from any other telephone in a different room.
