How the combo multiplier works
For UCaaS + CCaaS combination deals, the applicable SPIFF multiplier is
determined solely by the number of eligible CCaaS licensed seats

Minimums
The multiplier is applied to the total eligible seat MRR (UCaaS + CCaaS), provided the deal meets the minimum UCaaS seat requirement of 10 or more
Seat count above minimum
UCaaS seat count above the minimum does not impact the SPIFF multiplier
Below the minimum
If a deal falls below the 10-seat minimum on either UCaaS or CCaaS, it is not eligible for the Combo SPIFF and will instead be evaluated under the standalone UCaaS or CCaaS SPIFF terms. Any overpayment is subject to clawback

SPIFF Period: Broadvoice Q4 2026 Partner SPIFFs run from October 1 – December 31, 2026. To
qualify, all sales must be signed, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before
December 31, 2026.
