UCaaS (b-hive) SPIFF Terms & Conditions

SPIFF Period

Broadvoice Q3 2026 Partner SPIFFs run from July 1 – September 30, 2026. To qualify, all sales must be signed, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before September 30, 2026.

UCaaS (b-hive) SPIFF Eligibility

• SPIFF applies only to Pro and Standard seats at list price.
• SPIFF applies to seat licenses, faxes, auto-attendance, and call path models.
• Services must be contracted on a 36-month (3-year) term.
• Discounts may reduce SPIFF payouts.
• Non-standard pricing or deal structures require prior SPIFF approval.
• Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.
• All deals must receive Broadvoice management approval.
• SPIFF promotions and payouts are subject to change.

Call Path Pricing Rules

• Maximum of 3 seats per 1 call path under the call path pricing model.
• Metered seats and usage-based services are excluded from SPIFFs.

• Hardware and phones — excluded unless provided in conjunction with the Free Phone SPIFF shown above.
• Professional services
• Usage, minute bundles, and toll-free packages
• Metered seats

• Third-party add-ons
• Virtual Seats

Add-On Orders

• Add-on seat orders placed within 30 days of the initial order billing qualify for the original SPIFF multiplier (seat-tier or phone override, whichever applied), provided all eligibility requirements are met.

Chargebacks & Payment

• Orders canceled or disconnected during the original contract term result in a full SPIFF chargeback.
• SPIFFs are paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing.
• SPIFF eligibility and payout are based on final contracted and installed seat counts, and final hardware selection, at the time of service delivery. If a deal changes prior to or during service delivery — including a switch in hardware tier — the SPIFF will be recalculated and may be reduced.
• If a deal falls into a lower seat tier, or hardware is added after the fact that triggers the override, the SPIFF multiplier will be adjusted to the applicable rate. Any overpayment is subject to clawback.

Standalone CCaaS

Flat Rate

Flat 6X on all eligible CCaaS MRR once the 10-seat minimum is met — there is no additional step-up for larger deals. Combining CCaaS with UCaaS in a single deal can elevate the SPIFF to 8X — see Combo SPIFF terms.

CCaaS (Broadvoice GoContact) SPIFF Terms & Conditions

• Minimum of 10 concurrent CCaaS seats required.
• SPIFF applies only to seat licenses at list price.
• Discounts may reduce SPIFF payouts.
• Non-standard pricing or deal structures require prior SPIFF approval.
• Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.
• All deals must receive Broadvoice management approval.

• Professional services
• Usage, minute bundles, and toll-free packages
• Toll-free numbers and DIDs
• Advanced Analytics
• Third-party add-ons

Combo SPIFF Eligibility & Payout Calculation

• For UCaaS + CCaaS combination deals, the applicable SPIFF multiplier is determined solely by the number of eligible CCaaS licensed seats.
• The multiplier is applied to the total eligible seat MRR (UCaaS + CCaaS), provided the deal meets the minimum UCaaS seat requirement of 10 or more.
• UCaaS seat count above the minimum does not impact the SPIFF multiplier.
• A minimum of 10 CCaaS seats is also required for combo eligibility.
• Discounts may reduce SPIFF payouts.
• Non-standard pricing or deal structures require prior SPIFF approval.
• Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.
• All deals must receive Broadvoice management approval.

• Hardware and phones — excluded unless provided in conjunction with the Free Phone SPIFF.
• Professional services
