Broadvoice Q3 2025 Partner SPIFFs

SPIFF Period

Broadvoice Q3 2025 SPIFFs run from July 1 – September 30, 2025. To qualify, all sales must be signed by the customer, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before September 30, 2025.

General Terms

• SPIFF promotions and payout are subject to change.
• SPIFFs will decrease if discounts are applied or if contracts are made under 36 months.
• Canceled or disconnected orders during the life of the original term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.
• SPIFFs will be paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing.
• Please contact your Channel Manager with questions.
• Broadvoice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or end SPIFF promotions at any time.
• All deals must be approved by Broadvoice management.

Standalone UCaaS

UCaaS (b-hive) SPIFF Terms & Conditions

SPIFF Eligibility

• 6X SPIFF: Applies to b-hive UCaaS deals above $1,000 MRR (Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts).
• 5X SPIFF: Applies to b-hive UCaaS deals between $10–$999 MRR (Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts).
• Discounts on a la carte features may reduce the SPIFF amount.
• Deals must have a minimum 3-year contract term.
• Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.
• Non-standard requests require SPIFF approval.

Excluded from UCaaS SPIFFs

• Hardware
• Professional services
• Usage
• Toll-free packages
• Minute bundles
• Metered seats
• Toll-free numbers
• Advanced Analytics
• Third-party add-ons
• DIDs

Call Path Pricing Rules

• Maximum 3 seats per 1 call path under the call path pricing model.
• Metered seats, hardware, usage, toll-free packages/numbers, DIDs, Advanced Analytics, and third-party services do not qualify for SPIFFs.

Add-On Orders

• Add-on orders within 30 days of the initial order billing qualify for the original SPIFF multiplier.

Chargebacks & Payment

• Cancellations or disconnections during the contract term will result in SPIFF chargebacks.
• SPIFF payouts follow the first full-month customer invoice payment.

Standalone CCaaS

CCaaS (Broadvoice GoContact) SPIFF Terms & Conditions

SPIFF Eligibility

• 4X SPIFF applies to GoContact CCaaS deals at list price with no discounts.
• A minimum of 10 concurrent seats is required.
• Services must be contracted for a 3-year term.
• Discounts or shortened contract terms may reduce the SPIFF amount.
• Non-standard requests require SPIFF approval.

• Professional services
• Usage
• Toll-free packages
• Minute bundles
• Toll-free numbers
• Advanced Analytics
• Third-party add-ons
• DIDs

Chargebacks & Payment

• Canceled or disconnected orders during the contract term will result in SPIFF chargebacks.
• SPIFF payouts follow the first full-month customer invoice payment.

Broadvoice SIP

SIP SPIFF Terms & Conditions

SPIFF Eligibility

• SPIFF applies only to SIP packages.
• A minimum of 5 SIP trunks per order is required.
• Microsoft Teams or Salesforce integrations must be active at the time of billing and validated through Broadvoice’s back-office systems.
• Promotions or discounts on seat pricing disqualify the deal from earning the SPIFF.
• Services must be contracted for a minimum of 3 years.
• Broadvoice reserves the right to validate order eligibility and approve non-standard requests.

Chargebacks & Payment

• SPIFF payouts are made within the first commission cycle following the customer’s billing.
• Cancellations or disconnections during the contract term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.

Virtual Seat Pricing

Teams-Only Virtual Seat: $12/month/user.

Microsoft Teams SPIFF Terms & Conditions

SPIFF Eligibility

• 4X SPIFF applies to every sale of the Teams-Only Virtual Seat.
• SPIFF applies to sales of the Teams-Only Virtual Seat ($12/month/user).
• A minimum of 10 seats per order is required.
• Services must be contracted for a minimum 3-year term.
• All orders are subject to Broadvoice’s back-office verification for eligibility.

Exclusions

• SPIFF does not apply to discounted orders, trial accounts, or promotional pricing.
• Add-ons like DIDs, hardware, professional services, and usage are not eligible.
• Hardware is not available with Virtual Seats.

Chargebacks & Payment

• SPIFF payouts occur in the commission cycle following payment of the first full-month customer invoice.
• Canceled or disconnected orders during the contract term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.
