Try BroadVoice service risk-free. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, you may cancel the service within 30 days of activation and receive a refund. We’ll refund your money hassle-free, with no questions asked. The cancellation procedure is simple – just send us an e-mail and you’ll receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Terms of our Money Back Guarantee:

Simply cancel your service through e-mail. You’ll receive an RMA# and detailed instructions on shipping any BroadVoice issued equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material, and must be in its original undamaged condition. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

To use the guarantee you must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account. You must not exceed 250 minutes of in-plan usage in the first 30 days of service. You must not have previously exercised the BroadVoice 30-day money back guarantee and obtained a refund from BroadVoice as a result of any other BroadVoice account.

You will be responsible for additional charges such as out of plan calls, pay phone calls to BroadVoice Toll Free numbers, and directory assistance.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging.
All components must be included.

When we receive the equipment, and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month’s monthly charge.

You are responsible for return shipping of any BroadVoice issued equipment/device. You can contact us by e-mail to cancel your service and obtain an RMA #. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee

Return Policy Summary:

  • To cancel, you must not exceed 250 minutes of in-plan usage in the first 30 days of service.
  • You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account.
  • You must return BroadVoice equipment within 14 days of your cancellation.
  • All returned equipment must be in the original packaging.
  • All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included.
