Management

Jim Murphy, CEO

Mr. Murphy serves as CEO and Co-Founder for the Company, where he is responsible for all operational functions, including customer relationship management, and information systems.  He has twenty one years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

His previous business experience includes serving as Executive V.P at Ikano Communications, Co-Founder of DSL Extreme and the Co-Founder of Rampage Cellular. A graduate of California State University Northridge, Mr. Murphy holds a degree in Communications.

Sam Ghahremanpour, President

Mr. Ghahremanpour has been with Broadvoice since 2012 and serves as the Company’s President. He is responsible for corporate strategy, planning, policy, and brand development, as well as trade development.

His previous business experience includes stints at Merrill Lynch, USB Financial Services, and Co-Founder of Scadlock LLC, a manufacturer of consumer electronics.

Maggie Osztreicher, V.P. of Operations

Ms. Osztreicher serves as Operations Officer for Broadvoice. She has direct oversight of Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Sales operations. She has served in various capacities with DSLExtreme, Ikano, and Broadvoice for over seventeen years, through explosive growth periods.

Ryan DelGrosso, CTO

Mr. DelGrosso has been with Broadvoice since the founding in 2006, helping to architect and manage a nationwide fault-tolerant voice network that processes over 40,000,000 minutes per month worldwide. He has direct oversight of both the Engineering group, and the Development group at Broadvoice.

Mr. Delgrosso has over fifteen years experience in the Technology industry. His previous experience was running the networks in the financial sector, and security consultant at Cornerstone Systems.

Shawn Jones, V.P. of Business Sales

Mr. Jones leads our Direct and Indirect Sales Teams with over 26 years of telecommunications experience. He is responsible for the continued growth and development of all our outside sales efforts.

His industry experience ranges from being a licensed low voltage contractor to seeing an entire organization through from its beginnings to acquisition. He was educated in Southern California spending two years at San Diego State University and two years at California State University Los Angeles.

Los Angeles, CA – Broadvoice, a leading hosted voice and telecommunications provider nationwide, today announced that it has acquired the broadband Internet access business of IKANO Communications, including IKANO’s flagship brand DSL Extreme – a leading provider of high-speed Internet, email, and communication services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
