Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Resolve Customer Service and Technical Support issues via phone calls and emails
  • Assist customers with Internet and phone service-related issues by performing basic problem solving and walking clients through necessary troubleshooting steps.
  • Educate customers as it pertains to using email, surfing the web and connecting to the Internet.
  • Provide an amazing experience for clients by providing excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • A desire to excel and accomplish goals
  • Team player with a good attitude
  • Interest in computers and networking
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Understanding of basic networking.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Outlook 2013-16.
  • Understanding of all Windows operating systems including Windows Vista/7/8/10
  • Understanding of Mac OS X.
  • IT, Technical Support experience or equivalent education in related fields.
