The following information is specifically for customers who are on our Aquarius Network

How To Setup Your Voicemail

top Initial Voicemail setup MUST be done from the handset connected to your Broadvoice phone adapter.

  • After your phone is connected and working properly,
  • Pick up the phone and dial *21.
  • When prompted, enter 1111 for your PIN. the system will then prompt you to Change your PIN from the default PIN.
  • Follow the prompts to record your personalized greeting for your callers to hear when they reach the Voicemail system.

Your Voicemail is now setup.

How To Check Your Messages

top You can check your messages a few different ways.


Check Messages From Your Broadvoice line

  • Pick up the phone connected to your Broadvoice service.
  • Dial *21
  • You will be connected to your voicemail.
  • You may be asked for your PIN.
  • You will be able to check your messages directly from the phone.


Check Messages From Your Account Portal

  • Open a web browser and log into your VoiceMail.
  • Click on the VoiceMail link on the left menu bar.
  • Your screen now displays the VoiceMails that are currently in your VoiceMail box.
  • You can listen to and delete your VoiceMail messages here.


From Any Other Phone

  • Call your Broadvoice phone number.
  • Let your Voicemail answer.
  • Dial *
  • You will be asked for your PIN
  • Enter your PIN
  • You will be able to check your messages.


How To Setup Voicemail To Email

  • Log in to your My Account.
  • Click on Service Settings on the left menu bar.
  • Click on VoiceMail Settings.
  • Check the box labeled "Forward all voicemails and faxes as emails".
  • Enter your email address in the Add Email field.
  • Click the Add Email button.
  • Your email will appear under the Add Email field.
  • You can leave the voicemail in your voicemail box by checking Leave a copy of the forwarded voicemails and faxes in the mailbox.
If you want messages removed from your voicemail box after they have been emailed to you, leave that box unchecked.
  • Click the Save Settings button.
