These are the star codes for the Broadvoice networks.

The following information is specifically for customers who are on our Aquarius Network
If you are unsure of which network you are on please read Network Identification to discover which network your service uses.

Speed Dial

While not a Star Code, you would use the Aquarius speed dials much like a star code.

You would dial the number of the speed dial slot you wish to use followed by the # key.

An example:

  • Pick up you Broadvoice line.
  • Dial 05#
  • The phone number associated with speed dial #05 would be dialed.


*21 : Voicemail

top Dialing *21 will take you directly to your Voicemail.


*60 : Selective Call Rejection

top This feature allows you to reject selected inbound callers.

Once you have dialed *60, the options are:

To reject the person that called you last: Dial the pound key # then 01 then the pound key #.

To toggle Call Rejection On or Off: Dial 3.

To add an entry: Dial the pound key #, then dial the number(including the area code) followed by the pound key #.

To remove an entry: Dial the star key *, then dial the number(including the area code) followed by the star key *.

To listen to the entries already entered: Dial the number 1.

To repeat the instructions: Dial the number 0.

*62 : Call Forwarding When Busy

top This feature will forward any incoming calls you might get ONLY when your line is busy


*63 : Deactivate Call Forwarding When Busy

top This star code deactivates the Call Forward When Busy feature.


*67 : Block Outgoing Caller ID

top This will block your outgoing caller ID for the current call. You would dial *67 the area code, and then the phone number you wish to call. Your caller ID will not be displayed.


*69 : Call Return

top Dialoing this star code will place a call to the last phone number that called you.

If the last call you received had their caller ID blocked, this feature will not work.

*72 : Activate Call Forwarding

top This will activate call forwarding of all inbound calls to the specified phone number.

To use:

  • Pick up the Broadvoice Phone.
  • Once you hear a dial tone, dial *72 + the number to forward all calls to + #.


Example:

  • Dial *72 818 555 1212 #.
  • Hang up the Broadvoice phone.


*73 : Deactivate Call Forwarding

top This will disable any call forwarding and will send all calls to your Phone Power phone.

To use:

  • Pick up the Phone Power phone.
  • Once you hear a dial tone, dial *73#.
  • Hang up the Phone Power phone.

*77 : Activate Anonymous Call Rejection

top The feature allows you to block inbound callers who do not show their Caller ID. Such as Unknown, Private, or Blocked Caller ID.


*78 : Activate Do Not Disturb

You will still be able place outbound calls, but your phone will function as if Busy when an inbound call tries to call your Broadvoice phone number.


*79 : Deactivates Do Not Disturb

This is will Disable the Do Not Disturb Feature.


*82 : Show Caller ID

top This star code will unblock your caller ID for a single outgoing call. This feature will only work if you set your Caller ID to be blocked all the time. This can be set in your Account Portal in the Service Settings > Outbound CNAM screen.

To use:

  • Pick up the Phone Power phone.
  • Once you hear a dial tone, dial *82 + the phone number you want to dial.
  • Example: *82 818 555 1212.
  • This will allow your caller ID information to be displayed to the person you are calling.
  • The person you are calling will see your Caller ID information for this single outbound call. Any outbound call placed after you hang up the phone will display your Caller ID to be Blocked to the person you are calling.


*83 : Selective Call Forwarding

top This feature allows you to add or delete phone numbers in the Selective Call Forwarding Settings.

Once you have dialed *83, the options are:

  • To toggle the service on or off: Dial 3.
  • To add last inbound caller: Dial the pound key # then 01 then the pound key( # ).
  • To add an entry: Dial dial the number you want your calls forwarded to, then the pound key( # )(including the area code) followed by the number 1 key to confirm.
  • To remove an entry: Dial the star key( * ), then dial the number(including the area code) followed by the star key( * ).
  • To remove all entries: Dial the number 0 key, then the number 8 key followed by the star key( * ).
  • To removed anonymous entries: Dial the number 0 key, then the number 9 key followed by the star key( * ).
  • To listen to the entries already entered: Dial the number 1.
  • To repeat the instructions: Dial the number 0.


*87 : Disable Anonymous Call Rejection

top The feature allows you to unblock inbound callers who do not show their Caller ID. Such as Unknown, Private, or Blocked Caller ID will be allowed now.


*92 : Activate Call Forwarding On No Answer

top This will activate the call forwarding on no answer from the phone. This will direct inbound calls that are not answered by the Phone Power phone to be directed to another phone number.


To use:

  • Pick up the Phone Power phone.
  • Once you hear the dial tone, dial *92 + the phone number you wish to have the calls forwarded to.
  • Hang up the phone.


Example:

  • Dial *92 818 555 1212 then hang up the phone.


*93 : Deactivate Call Forwarding On No Answer

top This will Disable the Call Forwarding No Answer Feature.
