These are the star codes for the Broadvoice network.
*21 : Voicemail
*50 : Monitor
Dial *50+Extension (i.e. *508001)
*51 : Whisper
Dial *51 (i.e. *518001)
*52 : Barge
Dial *52 (i.e. *528002)
*54 : Call Pick Up
top Dialing *54 while another extension is ringing will allow you to answer that call from your phone.
*60 : Selective Call Rejection
top This feature allows you to reject selected inbound callers.
Once you have dialed *60, the options are:
*62 : Call Forwarding When Busy
top This feature will forward any incoming calls you might get ONLY when your line is busy
*63 : Deactivate Call Forwarding When Busy
top This star code deactivates the Call Forward When Busy feature.
*67 : Block Outgoing Caller ID
top This will block your outgoing caller ID for the current call. You would dial *67 the area code, and then the phone number you wish to call. Your caller ID will not be displayed.
*69 : Call Return
top Dialoing this star code will place a call to the last phone number that called you.
If the last call you received had their caller ID blocked, this feature will not work.
*72 : Activate Call Forwarding
top This will activate call forwarding of all inbound calls to the specified phone number.
*73 : Deactivate Call Forwarding
top This will disable any call forwarding and will send all calls to your Phone Power phone.
*77 : Activate Anonymous Call Rejection
top The feature allows you to block inbound callers who do not show their Caller ID. Such as Unknown, Private, or Blocked Caller ID.
*78 : Activate Do Not Disturb
You will still be able place outbound calls, but your phone will function as if Busy when an inbound call tries to call your Broadvoice phone number.
*79 : Deactivates Do Not Disturb
top This is will Disable the Do Not Disturb Feature.
*82 : Show Caller ID
top This star code will unblock your caller ID for a single outgoing call. This feature will only work if you set your Caller ID to be blocked all the time. This can be set in your Account Portal in the Service Settings > Outbound CNAM screen.
*83 : Selective Call Forwarding
top This feature allows you to add or delete phone numbers in the Selective Call Forwarding Settings.
Once you have dialed *83, the options are:
*87 : Disable Anonymous Call Rejection
top The feature allows you to unblock inbound callers who do not show their Caller ID. Such as Unknown, Private, or Blocked Caller ID will be allowed now.
*90 : Forward to Specific Voicemail
top This feature allows you to send a call directly to another users voicemail.
*92 : Activate Call Forwarding On No Answer
top This will activate the call forwarding on no answer from the phone. This will direct inbound calls that are not answered by the Phone Power phone to be directed to another phone number.
*93 : Deactivate Call Forwarding On No Answer
top This will Disable the Call Forwarding No Answer Feature.
*96 : Hunt Group Login
top This feature is used to log your phone in and out of a Hunt Group (Login Available must be set to True on the Hunt Group)
