In
2004 more than 1.1 million residential/SOHO users subscribed to VoIP services
in North America, generating $1.3 billion in revenue. Analysts forecast 20.8
million subscribers by 2008, with revenues soaring 1,431% to $19.9
billion in 2009. Global adoption of VoIP continues
to grow at similar high rates.
As a recognized VoIP leader, BroadVoice is positioned to
enjoy a significant share of the market. We believe that our success will
come through sharing the opportunity with partners.
BroadVoice offers several programs, each designed for different
types of partners. BroadVoice partners can quickly go to market with VoIP
offerings that deliver financial returns aligned with their business models
and value propositions.
Agent Program
The BroadVoice Agent Program allows individuals and
small businesses to participate in the VoIP revolution with a market leader.
Agents are authorized to sell both BroadVoice Startup Kits and BroadVoice
VoIP phone service, a great revenue opportunity. BroadVoice provides the
product, tools and resources to assist Agents with launching, managing,
and growing a profitable VoIP business.

Corporate
Partner Program
BroadVoice has designed its Corporate Partner Program
for companies projecting more than 10,000 VoIP subscribers and selling more
than 500 accounts per month. The Corporate Partner Program offers longer-term
revenue sharing than the BroadVoice Agent Program, and also provides the
opportunity to co-brand or re-brand the BroadVoice service, to create custom
calling plans, and to allow direct billing and customer care.
Authorization Program
The BroadVoice Authorization Program is the first of its kind in the VoIP
industry, providing manufacturers of SIP devices a variety of benefits,
including the ability to sell their devices through BroadVoice, and use
of the BroadVoice Authorized™ logo on promotions and packaging to
help customers identify products that deliver a high-quality communications
experience with BroadVoice services.
