BroadVoice Multi-Presence

BroadVoice allows you to have multiple devices connected anywhere there is high speed Internet using the same number. Set up multiple phones at multiple locations. Every device registered to your BroadVoice account can make and receive calls.

• Have a softphone on your laptop while your home device is connected.
• Have one device at home and another device in the office.

This feature enables BroadVoice customers to register up to two(2) additional devices to one line. Multi-Presence allows Customers to have a total of three(3) devices on any one account.

Monthly Costs and Billing:
Fees are a $9.95 (one time) set up fee, plus a $2.95 per month recurring fee.

Note: Currently, BroadVoice does not support a separate E911 address for each new MultiPresence device. Please be advised, calling 911 from any device associated with MultiPresence will result in an emergency response to the registered E911 address even if the call made from a MultiPresence device is not at the registered E911 address.
