"I do not have a problem or a question, I am just dropping a note to say thank
you to your company.
I moved over from Vonage (originally due to the fact that I wanted to use my own
device, an Asterisk PBX, for learning purposes). I saw your prices were MUCH better.
I also saw that you do not directly
support devices other than what you have listed on your website (obvious reasons),
but yet you provide the necessary information to setup the device.
When I called Vonage to cancel my service, they were *extremely* rude. They attempted
to.... nail me with a termination fee (their website explains that they charge termination
fees if you have been with them under 12 months - I had been with them for 18 months).
I have only had one interaction with your Support/Customer Service group, and it
was very pleasant. I truly hope it remains that way."
